How can I order a Chocopost?

There are a number of ways to place an order with Chocopost. The easiest and most efficient way is to order your Chocopost online. You may also choose to email, or phone your order through. Should you need assistance with any of these options please give us a call.

Does Chocopost contain nuts and other allegins ?

Chocopost may contain some light traces of nuts, therefore our chocolate is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Does Chocopost contain Soy Lecithin?

Chocopost contain only small amounts of soy lecithin.

Do you sell sugar free Chocopost ?

Not at the moment. Our milk chocolate letters are not made from sugar free chocolate.

How should i store my Chocopost ?

To maintain the freshness of your purchase, we recommend that you store your chocopost in a cool dry cupboard away from heat or light source, and never leave it in a parked car for any length of time.

Can I store my Chocopost in the refrigerator?

Only refrigerate in extreme weather conditions.

Why can chocolate turn white?

If chocolate is exposed to temperature fluctuations, the chocolate may appear white. The chocolate is still edible, but the quality and texture will be affected.

Is my payment secure?

Your payments are made using a secure payment gateway. This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication they will only be able to view an encrypted form. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party, as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

Where do you deliver?

We can send Chocopost to all cities supported by FirstFlight Courrier across India . The delivery cost is included in the overall prices indicated

When I am sending a Chocopost to a business address or hospital, will it occur delays?

At Chocopost we endeavour to make every effort to deliver our products effectively and efficiently the next business day. Unfortunately it is out of our control if your package is held up within the company's or hospital's mailroom system. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm this with the company first.

Will you send an invoice with my gift?

You will receive your invoice via email. No invoice will be included with the Chocopost.

How do you pack your orders to stop them melting?

To make certain that your Chocopost arrives in optimum condition we use insulated envelopes to keep the Chocopost within the optimal temperature range during the hot summer months, however It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is attended to.

Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimum orders.

What happens if the chocolates are damaged upon delivery?

Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
